My name is Colette, I currently live in Mérida, Spain, where I teach yoga and meditation full time to people of all ages. I also offer acroyoga workshops, three or four retreats a year and lots of different types of masterclasses and workshops depending on what I’m reading or studying at the time!
My plan with this webpage is to share information about what I’m working on, passionate about, and now and then share something for you to take away, reflect on and bring to your own practice. Big hugs!
Mi nombre es Colette, actualmente vivo en Mérida, España, donde doy classes de yoga y meditación a todas las edades. También ofrezco talleres de acroyoga, tres o cuatro retiros al año y una variedad de masterclases y talleres según lo que estoy leyendo o estudio en ese momento!
