Hi Emma, using your email and your password, you can add a post here. Then click on the box in the top right hand corner, I’ll then check it and publish it. It then lives on the website and I will add it to a link on the site and pass that on then anyone can chose to look at it or you can the access in whatever suits you.
You can also add a new post, just click on add new post.
Add that to your social media and this is then your online space. Totally your shout and if any questions or tricky bits pass them on and I’ll do my best to help resolve them. best wishes, Mark.

Something about the way I’m caught between
Young and Old
And how I’m not wired like the rest
So I’m told
Plants me somewhere in a wide lost meadow
Looking out
At a world I’m not heard within
It forces me to shout.
In class they are composed and sit up straight and
Know their mind
They don’t behave like little ones who once got
Left behind
And I’m embarrassed all the time, I don’t know
Where to go
My family walked away, and so, my growth is
…slow.
